Looks like online status is back. I just checked my case and now I am able to see the status. I was getting "case not found ..." for the last 2-3 weeks.

I never used to get that message, I always got the same freaking message which I am seeing for past 19 months..

Yep, its back. I checked my case and did not get the "NO status Found" message.
