No worries. You are not the first one to report this. But it's good to have your lawyer check into it so you can get a more accurate update.CarolVA said:Mine says "Closed" I just called my attorney and they suspect that is just a test, but they are contaction DOL as I type
I hope they did not close my case by mistake
manwithnoname said:Surprised and to my dismay, I found that my case is closed as per the status check 'test' site. My employer already replied to the 45 day letter back in May and did not heard anything from DOL about case closure. Immediately, I sent a mail to H1b 7th year extension and got a response in 15 minutes.
What's going on??
I guess they brought down the system when they realized that it had leaked out and folks like us had started banging the system and drawing conclusions. Oh well, I guess they got the "load testing" statistics they were looking for. I am sure that site got hit pretty hard this morning.14forever said:I got a 404 (Object Not Found) error when I tried to access the link. Can someone confirm it or it's just my own problem?
Thanks

MDwatch said:I think it is about ready to go online. If you look at the following page:
http://www.pbls.doleta.gov/PBLSInt/eta_start.cfm?actiontype=home&CFID=657630&CFTOKEN=78687513
it looks like the PERM online application page but is clearly for the backlog centers .... we might be close !!!!
