The message changed from "this case has been approved on Oct 7" to "on Jan 23, we ordered a new card for you" on Jan 30. The message then says "It normally takes 365 to 540 days to process. We'll mail you the cards as soon as its ready"
I am just glad the message changed. But I dont know what that processing time means??
