You have not won, so why the the hell you wanna send any forms?
Almogabil: Were you notified last spring that you won? Or are you just talking about mistakes that you made while filling in the form to take part in the lottery? I know that with you, Manzoor, that's the case.
If that's the case you guys didn't explain that to KCC properly: If you haven't won yet, there is no way, KCC can do anything about your case. They probably thought that you made mistakes in the forms that you had to fill out AFTER you were notified as winner. There's nothing you can do (btw you're not supposed to contact KCC).

seeing how Almogabil listed his winning number at the bottom of his post, we can assume that he won, but made some mistakes on his DS forms.
Fill them out, highlight the corrected places, and send them off again with a cover letter.

2- Or you made a mistake on the forms DS 230 Part I and II, DSP 122?
If you did
1-no way to change it, you have or had to fill DS 230 and DSP 122 forms correctly.
2- If you made a mistake on DS 230 and DSP 122 form that you have sent to KCC, then:
-1st option: if the mistake is serious, you can fill the forms correctly and send again to KCC along with a letter explaning your mistake.
- 2nd option: if the mistake is not serious you can just send an email to KCC explaning your mistake and requesting to include your notification into your case file. In this case you will have to tell about your mistake to consular officer during your interview. No need to worry because it will be corrected at your interview.
Serious mistake example: forgetting to include your family members.
Not serious mistake: name spelling mistake, interchanging month and day of your birthday, etc.

I have a similar question, I might have answered yes to a question about if I am in the health profession and seeking work in the US, and I didnt take a photocopy of the forms before I sent them. can I send an email to the KCC and ask them how I answered that question?
this is the question:

I meant that you shouldn't contact KCC before you get the notification letter. But you're right, I should have paid more attention when reading the first post.
