online EAD renewal fingerprint

Hi,

I applied for EAD renewal online on May 1, went for fingerprinting on June 4. I called FBI today at 304-625-5590 (2, 5, 3) to see if they received the fingerprints from ASC and sent these back to USCIS. FBI rep told me that they did not receive fingerprints on or after JUne 2008.

Do fingerprints are processed the same way for "online EAD renewal" as they are processed for I-485. Should FBI have received the fingerprints by now.

Experts please help.

for EAD , USCIS never takes finger printing. Biometrics is required for EAD. biometrics is thumb print, digital signature and digital phot. It has nothing to do with FBI finger print check.

Why you try to make it hard for yourself. Do not call FBI regarding this. This is not GC. Take it easy and you will receive the card soon.
