I was trying to fill the online EAD form. There is a checkbos there asking if any documents need to be mailed. Do we need to send any other documents after filling the online EAD form?
 
yes

You need to mail a copy of I-485 receipt, the front and back of your EAD card, front and back of your I-94 card and the bar-coded erceipt that the e-filing produces.

Make sure you take an appointment for digital photograph and FP with INS.
 
I did apply online back June 2003,
and received EAD in August.
I did not set any paper documents to VSC.
