I applied for my EAD renewal yesterday night by e-filing. After I pressed the submit button, I got a response saying "your appilcation cannot be processed at this time. Please call the National Customer service center at 1800-375-5283 after 48 hours.
I did not get any confirmation number nor a receipt number.
Can anyone tell me why this happened and should I go ahead and apply again.
