online case status displayed approved, but never received the notice? help!

Dear all, I need your help.
My situation is:
I140 NIW, July, 2003, approved Jun, 2004
I485 filed at Aug, 2004, FP, Apr, 2005,
The online status is "on May, 2005, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."
But I never received any approval notice. I called TSC twice, they always let me wait for another month for the referal result. I never received any result yet.
What confused me is the LUD of my case is Jul, 19, 2005.
Any suggestion? Please.
 
According to another post several days ago, this kind of message (without explicitly mentioning of "your case was approved on xxxxx") can be triggered by address change request. For example, they sent an FP to your old address, it was returned by the postal office, USCIS generated a new FP notice for your new address, and then this type of online message would show up. Since you have never received the final approval notice, I guess it then isn't an approval. Probably something else.
