I just called the National service center who mentioned that for some cases including mine status information will never be available online.. Is that normal? Have past members who have completed thier cases or have progressed with thier cases experienced that the case status is not available thru out the process ie right from day one..This is crazy as I won't be able to find out anything abt the case.. The customer service willnever have any updates on my case & I will have to rely on snail mail..Your expeiences please ?
