His 485 was filed in august 2003. (i140 was filed in july and not approved when 485 was filed. he got his 485 filed without RFE.
wow CSC is really doing something. 485 approvals all over the place .no fixed pattern ....i also heard that people were approved who filed in may 2004 but they were truly concurrent.

When exactly was his I140 approved? I am exactly in the same boat - I140 in July '03 and I485 in August.
