Your PD is not current yet as per the mar visa bulletin.
My PD is 04/97; RD/ND May 2000
Still waiting. I see many approvals whose RD/ND is around dec 99

User KalRam\'s approval should give us some hope. His PD is 4/1/97. Mine is 4/18/97. What\'s the exact date for your PD? That will help us judge things better. Good luck.

Also my RD - 8/25/99;ND - 9/14/99. EB3-India of course. Looks like they are approving the earliest PDs even though it might seem unfair going by one\'s RD/ND.

Unfare why??? Frankly there is no difference in people who go for
E3 vs E2. Four yrs in waiting....

Actually next month my E3 PD should come current, advise me if I
should go for CP or AOS??? Need input badly.
