Today onsaturday, I just got the Finger print notice, I don't know what's going on..

1. Should I go for Finger printing or not ?
2. Is it anyway related to 140. ?
3. Well after giving my finger printing and transfering my 140 to 'Other Worker', What are the chances of 485 adjudication .
4.This is most important question :
Well, I moved to new state just after filing my 140/485 on December..
And my lawyer called USCIS and changed my address and also took money from me.. and confimed me that she called and you don't need to worry about this.. But I never send any change of address to USCIS..

Now, This Finger printing notice came to my old address and post office forwarded to my new address..

And the place where I've to go for Finger Printing is also near to my old address...

I can go there, ( Although it's an 8 hour journey by car ), But I don't know whether I should go there or not...?

Can you please insight, what might cause problem by going there for finger printing...Even though I've driving license from that old state and it's just three moths...

What do you think ..? This is scheduled for 03/22/2005 ..But it is also saying;
If you are unable to come on this date then you can come on any following wednesday at the same time...

Please help me as whether this will cause any problems..

I too went through the same thing. We moved to a new state and got FP notice. We had the driver's license from the old state. Our FP was sheduled in the old state. We flew there, and showed the Driver's license and got the FP done. Didnt cause any problem for us.

You do not have to go to your old state for FP. You can go to the nearest ASC and get FP done. You should first go there (nearest ASC) and ask when they will be able to take your FP.

Regarding your change of address, you are supposed to send AR-11 form in addition to calling USCIS to change address on the pending applications. AR-11 is a requirement. You already paid money to your attorney for calling USCIS but you could have called yourself also. Anyway, what's done is done.

Your FP is not related to 140.
