Sorry for the 2nd question.

Can my current employer "the one who sponsered my application" revoke my I-140 while I am still working with him? I mean revoke it, do not fire me, and I keep working for him?

Yes but why would they want to revoke your I-140 if you are still working for them?

Employer may make a request to "Withdraw" I-140. However this does not happen in practical terms. One has to have something with the employer's wife for him to do such a thing.

In case of AC21, It should not matter if I140 is approved and 180 days have passed for I485. It will not harm your green card.

Cheeko,

Maybe, you didn't read "Change's" message. He has explicitly mentioned that he's on the same job. Also, it was funny to read that you totally assumed that a) change was a guy and b) that his employer was a married man.

employer can do this for many reasons. revoke I-140 and use the underlying Labor for some one else. They can trap another employee like this. If they revoke I-140 while employee is still working means they have some really bad intentions or the relation with employer and employee is not good at all

minn_labor,

Ironically, you assumed the same ... mentioning "He/his" for change.

a, Change does not need to be a guy to have a relationship
b, Employer could have been a married woman.

This is US of A dude. Things are twisted. Endless Possibilities .. ;)
