One EAD approved, one RFE issued for 02 Sep, 2003

My wife's EAD was approved yesterday (Nov 13) but they issued an RFE on mine (she is the primary applicant).

Can some one tell me how much time we usually have to respond to the RFE. We will be out of country for about 3 weeks and i am kinda worried.
 
what's ND of your EAD?

Oh, I got it -- 9/2/2003. Never mind.

Most common RFE could be a clear photo or a copy of your wife'ss I-140 as she is the primary.
 
My 2nd EAD (non-concerent) is not approved yet.

2nd EAD receipt date: 8/22/2003.

Is there any one on the same boat?? My 1st EAD expires on 11/27/2003.

Could you please tell me the amount of time given to you to respond to the RFE. Was it 90 days (or 60 days or 45 days)?

I have not received the letter yet. I am still waiting on it... The RFE was mailed to me on Nov 6. As soon as I get it, I will post it here....
