Just wanted to know how many other Dec filers are around? Especially without 2nd FP and RFE?

I can finally smell the approval.

3rd FP 01/10/2004 (lawyer has advised to ignore the notice)

There are OCT-01 filers with No progress and Dec-01 is still 2 months ahead... just enjoy the height of incompetency...my EAD/AP application is also pending for 120 days now, it was good that I took AP from Local office otherwise I would have not been able to go for vacation too.

I am here with no 2nd FP or any RFE?

Lawyer suggests to wait. Contacted congressman in Nov and got reply that I have to wait for some time.
 
Still waiting too

I am still waiting too, at least I am done with my second FP. However, on line status has not been updated. My spouse's FP status was updated couple of week after he did FPs (we did them on the same day).
