As it was mentioned in the NL, we have arranged the fingerprint appointment
ourselves by phone (National Service Center, NSC).
But later we got the appointment letter from the local INS, so now we have
2 dates for this appointment.
Does it mean that local INS is NOT aware what's doing the NSC ?
And which date we should take: which is earlier or which is indicated
in the INS letter ?
Or it does not matter at all ?
