Friends,
A friend of mine has filed his 485 a while back. He had submitted Emp Letter, paystubs, W2, Tax Return papers etc. then.
Has anyone who submitted these above documents still received RFEs to submit these documents again?
If the person moved to a new job during the process, must the new Emp Letter state the current salary? If so, does it have to match the salary mentioned in the Labor Cert?
Anyone who has gone through the above situations with RFEs and obtained GC, pls share.
