On OPT but employer not paying on time got delayed since two months

Hello,
I am working for a good well known client "X" through some local prime vendor "Y" and my employer "Z". Almost from the beginning after joining at new client, i am not receiving my paycheck on time from my employer. When i ask him, simply saying that he is not receiving the payments on time from the prime vendor. He is saying he can run my payroll, only after he receives the payment from the prime vendor and asking me to put some pressure on prime vendor by keep on asking them. I did the same till certain level but, i lost the patience and exhausted of doing that now. I am on OPT and my payment got delayed more than 2 months now . I really appreciate if you could what are my options left now ?
 
Failure of your employer's client to pay him does not relieve him of the obligation to pay you promptly. It sounds like you are working for a fly-by-night startup. I suggest you meet with your school's DSO to get assistance in filing with the proper agency to obtain your missing wages. While you could do it yourself, assistance from the university will make it easier on you to complete the necessary documentation properly.

After you do that, find a legitimate employer.

I am in a similar boat as Shaan4u. It is just one month and I have not received my Health Insurance, relocation per diem and first pay check due on Apr 30th 2011 for the part I worked during April.

I am sure my company is the same or similar as Shaan4u.

I want to quit or just go back to India as expenses here galore.

Question:

I have to forfeit my student health Insurance starting from day 1 of my employment. As per the job offer, he would take care of my health insurance.

Now, for about 24 days I have lived without any insurance. I am in need of it as I am under treatment for some chronic diseases. Also I am not covered for accident or medical emergency. This has driven me nuts.

Does not having employer insurance affect my F1 status ? I am in the process of applying for OPT extension with this employer !

I know I have to find another employer ( better one) asap and I am under stress.
