On opt and degree in may . Will i get H1??

Hello.
My company applied premium processing for my H1. I am on OPT and i will recieve my US masters degree in May. but they are concerned that my H1 application will be rejected as i dont have degree when i applied for H1. I will get my fees and application back. IS this concern true ??

If your H1 petition is purely based on your US MS degree not on BS degree your H1 will be rejected.


USCIS fees will not be refunded in any case.
