On line status updated, but no notice yet

Hi Friend,
Please help if you have same type of experience.

My on line status updated that USCIS has sent a notice on 17th September to appear for finger printing, but so far I did not receive any notice by mail. I contacted my lawer and he also did not receive any.

Is this normal ? If they have sent from 17th, I should receive by this time. I am cofused a little bit.

Did you recently change your address? If so, did you submit AR-11 and contacted National Service Center?

Somewhere I read in this forum sometimes these notices take 10-14 days to reach. Reason is, when they update the status saying that they have sent the notice but actually it would be still sitting somewhere in their mail room and will be sent after few days.
 
The same has happened to me:
Sep 17: Notice.
Sep 29 (today) - the lawyer received the notice, and the meeting is for TOMORROW!
 
Thanks for the replies ... but I did not change my address recently. Let's see how long it takes to reach me. I will keep you posted.
