On I797, H1-B extension company A while company B approval exists

Hi,

I came to US with company A with valid I797 approval. Before visa expired company A filed a H1-B extension which is still in process. I was also having company B I797 approval which is valid still 2011. I prepared company B visa in home country before coming to US. My queries are

1. Will there be a issue as I was having company B approval in hand ?

2. In case if company A visa extension rejects, can I switch to company B in US ?

-------------------- what do you mean by"I prepared company B visa in home country before coming to US" did you got H1 visa stamp based on B H1 approval from US consulate?
