I am on H4 and wanted to persue MS.Could Anyone please answer my queries..

1) Is it possible for me to get a admission this fall.
2) what is the process for conversion from H4 to F1 and after conversion is it possible to get a financial aid?

Yes . If you have very good GPA in your bachelor course good TOEFL and GRE score.
2) what is the process for conversion from H4 to F1 and after conversion is it possible to get a financial aid?
Financial Aid? Do you mean loan? Yes you can get loan from private lender if any USC co sign for you.
Schlor ships are not so easy nowadays, reserved for really high achivers.
