On H4 looking for H1 in Boston Area

Hi,
  I am looking for a job in Boston Area. Currently hold an H4.
Know VB, ASP, HTML, Oracle. Have an engineering degree and C, Oracle, VB certifications. Have work experience in RDBMS an GUI projects.
Doing Sun\'s Java Certification.
Would consider a QA related job too. Not very hyper about salary.
Any advises or references will also be helpful.
