On H1 status in US, dependants in India having H4, planning H1 transfer

This forum helped me alot when I was in need of info in the past. Now again the need has come.

I am in USA on H1 with employer A. My dependants (wife + kid) are in India and they have H4 VISA approved along with me with the same employer A. Only thing is they didnt travel to USA with me, so they are in India now.

Now I plan to transfer my H1 to company B. Questions are below:

1. If employer B applies for H1 transfer, should anywhere mention about my dependants and their current status in application?

2. My dependants are scheduled to travel in mid Oct, 2007. Can they travel with out any issues/changes in their H4 VISA when my H1 transfer is in progress or even if its approved and I start working for B?

3. Is there anything that I need to do w.r.t depedants when I go for this H1 transfer?

Your dependents H4 visa not belongs to your employer A, if they have valid H4 visa stamp in their pp then they can travel safely to US at any time as long as you hold valid H1 irrespective of your sponser. While renewing their H4 your employer B, h1 needed as proof of your current H1 status.
