On EAD, loosing job soon, what would be my status

Currently I am in EAD and working, recently entered into using parole. But very soon, Ill be loosing my job and if I am not able to find the job and employer, what is my status. If I find a employer and do not find a project and no pay check, what would be the case. Appreciate your help.

Status=visa
working or not working on EAD=out of status (but in legal stay) waiting for decision on pending I485 (adjustment of status)
Pending I485 (with or without job, with or without EAD)=legal stay without any status, (find another job in same or similar field with valid unexpired EAD, not to expose your pending I485)
I485 approved=permanent residence (GC)
Dinial of I485 while on EAD (or even without EAD)=illegal stay and obviuosly out of stautus even before the denial.
