Well... 485 ND - May 5 2001.
Case was transferred to NYC office "for interview scheduling" in Feb 2004... Too bad I've moved to Boston back in 2003 and they never bothered to update my address in TSC (albeit 4 (!) letters me and my lawer sent'em).
Another cascade of letters and faxes to TSC, CIS audit and NYC CS from myself, my lawer and... yes... my Congresman and Senator. No reply, except they've sceduled my interview for June. Still in NYC, though. Too bad for me. Another flood of messages (especially as my EAD (#4) and Advanced Parolle (#3) renewals were transferred to... NYC office!). AP was finally transferred to the Boston office with a hideous comment (like "we have no idea why this was sent to us"). Finally, in July this year, my case has arrived to Boston. So, the earliest they can schedule my interview was... November 29th!
Anyway, as of last week after 15 minute interview, I've got my passport stamped...
