Older son filed I-130 for my youngest sons

Approval of AP for AOS applicants is practically automatic. All you need is a short statement saying that your son is an applicant for adjustment of status and would like to visit family members abroad while the AOS is pending. You don't need to mention any special circumstances.

Good for us, Jackolantern.
I will keep working with the forms and hopefully finished them this Monday. I am sure questions will arise later. Thanks to all of you again for the help provided.

This is an update on my process of getting green cards for my two youngest sons (13 and 19 yrs old) in case somebody is interested. I am a US citizen and there were a petition 5 yrs ago from an US citizen older brother for both of them.

04-10-2013 Mailed out petitions (I-130, I-145 for both, I-131 (youngest) and I-765 (for oldest)
04-24-2013 USCIS Notice Date
04-29-2013 Notification for biometrics appointment (05-20-2013)
