Any update on your cases? new RFE or FP notice or assigned to officer ? IIO response ?


RD/ND March 2001
RFE Jan 2002 ( Yes, RFE before FP)
FP April 2002
Waiting..... Called several times. IIOs tell case is pending (which I know). Some time they are rude. Like tell your lawer to call us.
In touch with Senetor's office for last 10 months. No help either.

Anybody in similar situation ??

waiting from may/2001 with no RFE.....case just pending,

contacted senator last week.....they told authenticity of labour being reviewed!

call back after6 weeks if u don't hear anything.

BCIS comes up with new ideas to keep us at bay.

My RD is AUG 2001.
Got 2 RFE's.
April 03 I got second FP notice too.
Still no approval dont know how long it will take.No help from senator either.

Does anyone got second FP notice? Pls reply all old timers...

My case was similar to yours like AUgust RD. I called them at least once a week since Jan-2003, and like you said sometimes they were rude. But you should ask them if your case has any problems? If Yes then your attorney can bring the INS Liaison in picture.

Although, you can also ask the IIO for possibility of sending a CC note to adjusting officer. I belive sometimes they just forget about your case and you have to remind them.

My case was approved on April 7. LIN-01-267-5xxxx
