My old PD is Dec 00 (I had a LC and I-140 approved)
I'm gonna file a new LC soon. I've heard that I can retain the PD.
Question: do SESAs process applications based on PD?
Since Philly is doing May 01 now, could I expect them to process
my application asap if I reuse the Dec 00 PD?
