Old or new address in I-130 and I-485?

My husband and I are planning to prepare all the requirements needed and file my papers with USCIS this 3rd week of January. Im resigning from work and transfering to Chicago (where he lives) 2nd week of February. Can i already use his address on the I-130 and I-485 forms as my address or do i need to use my current address? But if I use it, i might need to file another form for change of address eventually, right? Also, where do i file my I-485 forms - on my current address or to the address that i am moving to in February? :confused:

I've posted the above question a few days ago but no one answered. Can anyone please help me. :eek: :eek:

Meesha, I would think that if you and your husband will be living together you would put that address. On your biographic form you would then put the other address or addresses you lived at for the past 5 years..

Filed I-130, I-485, & I-765-- March '06
Receipt Notices for cases filed-June 06
Biometrics--July '06
EAC--Oct '06
Green card interview --December 20 '06

USCIS online update--Jan 8 '07--case approved

USCIS online update--Jan 10 '07--green card production ordered

Awaiting green card
