I got this one 4 months ago, But Have not heard anything yet, You know what does it mean? anybody:O

Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Current Status:

On March 3, 2005, we transferred your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status to another BCIS office for processing. They will send you a written decision as soon as processing is complete.

Thanks,

Local

To the best of my knowledge, this means that they have transferred your case to another local office. So instead of your file being at Nebraska, it is now at one of its local offices. Usually, in these types of notices they tell you which local office your case is being transferred to but I didn't see any mention of that in your message.
If I was you, I'll call them to find out where your case has been transferred and if that is not successful, get your Congress person involved to at least hunt your file down.

Thanks,

What is your timeline

Yes,

Aanl, Yes, he can check the processing times once he knows which office did they transfer his file to. It is not always the closest locations. Other thing that we should know is that processing dates of the local offices really don't apply to asylum based I-485 category. They are handled differently.

About my Timeline,
Since I am a Refugee, my timeline is crazy,
I applied for my GreenCard July 22nd, 2004 and got FP 2 months after it, but I had a delay so Have messed up,
