Old LC and I-140 and 7th year ext.

Can I use LC and I-140 (still not withdrawn)from a previous employer to apply for 7th year for my current job? Anybody has got such an extension, please respond?
If the 7th year ext is refused, will it affect my chances of returing to the US on a new H-1B after staying out of the US for 1 year?
To reset the clock for H-1B visa (6 years time limit) does one have to stay in the home country for 1 years or is it any country?

Get ur LC/I140 from prev employer
and ask ur attorney to file 7th yr extension..
