old ink fp anyone experience ?

:confused: We went to Dover FP centre and instead of Digital FP , they did the old way ink FP .Although they were doing digital FP as well but had only one machine to do that so our turn came for ink methord ...

Would this delay our case ? Ours is Feb'02 case is already very delayed .... Any one has any experience with ink FP and how much time it take to reach FBI and get clearance would highly be appreciated

We had both our FP's(1st and 2nd) done by ink method. I don't think it will delay your case except it may take more time(1-2 weeks) for the USCIS to receive results from FBI. Usually USCIS gets the results the same day or the next if you go through the digital method.
 
how to check when FBI send results to USCIS

Thanks for the information , it helps .How did you came to know when FBI send the results . Is it the FBI number , if yes do you speak to person or there is IVR etc where you can put your A#

Yeah I came to know my calling the FBI number(304-625-5590). Yes a live person will speak to you. Just follow the instructions after calling. Keep your A#'s ready.
