Old I-140 approval / Apply for 485 - Help Immedieate

I used to work for Company A and had an I-140 approval with them.
I currently work for Company B

In the process of negotiating with Company A
- If my 140 is revoked, can I apply for 485 with company A using old PD?
- If it's not revoked, can I use the labor PD with Company B for 485?

--------------if I-140 not revoked you can file I-485,EAD AP request employer A not to revoke I-140. you can be working with B while GC process can be through A or C. GC is for future job.
