Old EB3 485 Processing in CSC - India

Hi Folks,

I spoke with a CSC IIO... She told that CSC is processing ND/99 cases for EB3 485 especially for india. They are processing ND/2000 for EB2 india and they follow the JIT report for all other countries. Last 2 months, the PD for EB3 moved close to 8 months. So there are lot ND/99 cases whose PD become current and they are trying to clear those cases. People with ND/2000 EB3 cases may have to wait for some more time.

Is it true? Any comments. It will be nice if they could clear all the 99 case before they jump to 2000 cases especially for EB3 cases.

i guess that is the correct path to follow, VSC, TSC and NSC are following a pattern to adjudicate cases
per the date they were received, CSC did not follow that pattern, but now it seems they are doing that.

hopefully csc continuous to process the based on RD and clear up all the EB3 99 cases.
