Hi All,

Thanks in advance for taking time to read this and for your valuable opinions.

I was working for a Company A till July,2004 with a H-1 extension valid till Dec,2006. I have the visa stamped which expired Dec,2003 but I hold the new I-94 valid till Dec,2006 which came along with the H-1 extension.
Note: Comapny A filed my I-140 and I-485 in March,2004

Joined Company B in July,2004 after H-1 transfer receipt notice. The case is still pending.

Company A got some venture capital and wants to rehire me. Can I just go back to my Old company using my Old H-1?

What are my options?
Will there be any problems in my I-140 processing?

Final question: If I have to join Company C in future, what H-1 approvals do I need to submit? If Company B H-1 is the current, Do I need to submit the latest/recent pay-stubs from Company B?? Will there be any problems during that time??

Thanks in advance. Appreciate your opinions.

--- yes if they have not revoked that H1, you need to ask them or check online status

------ why you suspect the problem if you join A who filed I-140??? A filed I-140 based on approved LC for A. your joining A will not create problem for I-140 to be Approved if it is approveable.

------- latest H1 and latest Pay stubs. why you dont make up your mind if you want to go with A or C now???
Thanks in advance. Appreciate your opinions.
