OK to use downloaded I-130 and I-485 forms?

Can I use the printed forms that I downloaded from the INS web site? including I-130 , I-485 , I-864 , I-693(medical) , and G-325A?

Some of those forms used to have multiple copies stapled together (each copy with different color, such as yellow for filing to INS, green for self record, etc.). Is the colored copies no longer needed by INS?
