Just received GOLDEN email from USICS that
"This case has been approved. On May 26, 2004, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."
MY touch date did not changed.Also yesterday received email from USCIS that my 3rd EAD got approved.
So you all were right according to this my earlier post that it was matter of time.

There are tears in my eyes. A long 3.5 years journey is over.
Labor applied in Dec 2000
Labor approved in Jan 2001
140 applied in April 2001
Re'ed RFE in Oct 2001(employers data)

485/765/131 filed in April 2002(My employer delayed purposefully to file 485)
R'ev 1st EAD in in Aug 2002
1st FP in Dec 2002
R'ved 1st Ap in Nov 2002
R'ved 2nd Ead in Aug 2003
Applied 2nd AP in Nov 2003(still waiting for approval but now no need).
Applied 3rd EAd in April2004
Approved 3rd EAD in May 25 2004.
485 approved for all on May 26th(just re'ed email from USCIS).
OH GOD what a relief. Thanks to this wonderful forum. Kashmir & all other moderators who had helped others without any selfishness.
