What is the official response time for an RFE?
Is it 90 Days?

It is written clearly on the RFE that how long you need to give responses and the additional evidences. Usually you can submit the evidencs in 90 days, and reponses are within 60 days.

An RFE typically gives 12 weeks to respond. Be sure it is not a Notice of Intent to Deny since they only give 30 days to respond.

If it is a notice of Intent to Deny, how does it work? If you can furnish further evidence within those 30 days, is there a chance of approval?
