Hi everyone,

Can we make a list for those who have spoken to an IIO and been told that case is with an officer?
The following four fields should be sufficient to get an idea of trend (if INS has any)!

- N/D
- Date When spoke to IIO
- How long they said it would take
- Result (Approval/RFE/Waiting/etc)

I\'ll start with:

8/17 - 7/19 - 4 weeks - Waiting

Here are my details:

RD 7/06, ND 7/18/00
5/15/01 Date Spoke to IIO
Another 45 to 60 Days.
Waiting, No RFE.
 
ND 08/16/2000

Talked to an IIO on 07/15/2000. I was told I should hear from INS
in one month.

Still waiting!

ND: 03/07/2000, no RFE.
Called IIO three times:
05/11 (``with officer\'\'; was told to wait 30-45 days)
06/26 (``with officer\'\'; was told to wait 2-3 weeks)
07/25 (``with officer\'\'; was told to wait 30 days)
Still waiting... called up local congressman,
will see what happends...
 
10/00 ND.

ND 10/00. Spoked to IIO - July 24. No FP yet. Asked me to wait another 30 days. No reply till now.
 
IIO says 4-6 weeks

Spoke to IIO on 7/24 - said wait 4-6 weeks. Case assigned to officer
ND - 9/16/2000, EAC-00-274-5xxxx

Called IIO
It is with an officer for review - Wait for 30-60days.
