Anybody received I-485 approval recently after getting a RFE from office #69?
I had replied to my RFE on 22nd march. No status update on USCIS web site. It still shows that RFE was sent on 24th Feb. Really frustrated.

Can anyone tell me the response time of officer 69? Thanks.
 
I am with u.....after RFE got FP ........what next god knows

AD??? when any idea how process works after 2nd FP???
 
I just did my FP today.

RFE ack. received on the same day as you 3/22/04. Have not heard anything from #69

and now just received 2nd FP !!!

Why 2 FP's in less than a year ??
 
Some thing is now going wrong with TSC, lots of people are saying 2nd FP and some one saying his FP received Dates are changing everyday....

Some one mess-up TSC Computer Program.

Let wait to get the workorder for correction of that, I am ready to work on the program...

I am also waiting to hear from Officer #69

My RFE is acknowledged on March 26th. I did my first FP @ 5/7/2003. I hope he doesn't send me second FP. The first one is valid for 15 months unless they have changed the rules

Is your case handled by officer 69? I am really surprised to see 2nd FP within a year. Did you check with your attorney?

My lawyer told me he received the FP and mailed it to me today,
I will let you know the officer # when I get it

When did you do your first FP? Please post your dates. I am very surprised to see this new trend of 2nd FPs. I have done my FP on 05/13/2003. Hope that I don't get second call.
 
Mine was handled and approved by off 69.
I think this officer collects a bunch of rfes and approve all on one day.

Bcos the date mine was approved, I noticed number of cases were approved by off 69 on the same day.

Hi any one currently lives in other area then TCS state - where TCS does not have authority.

my question is I live in NJ - file is at TCS due to employer in GA.

my 2nd FP was done in NJ - FBI sent info to VSC????
any one with 2nd fp lives in different area? please share your info
and did u check where FBI sent your info?

what is your current 'on line msg '
mine is RFE received - but not reflacting finger print received....

did u called FBI for FP ? they sent it to CSC ot TSC ?

mine FP was sent to VSC - so just worried my case don't get transfered...

your reply will be helpful.
 
My online message is still "RFE received...".

I have not called FBI yet since I did it yesterday. I will let you know after I call
