Officer # 303

Any body has experience with this officer? He has isseued an RFE on my case 0n 7/20. I am currently working on preparing the documents he requested. Hoping to send everything back by 8/6. Fingerprints will expire on 8/29.. very small window for them to recieve/acknowlege/and approve before fingerprint expiration. I must be extremely lucky to have that happen.. I'll just pray..

My plan is, as soon as they recieve my RFE reply, I will flud their fax machine with "Fingerprints about to Expire" faxes..

If anyone has any info on this officer please respond...

My RFE was issued by #303. It took more than a month to get approved by this officer with the assistance of Congressman and Senator. You can send faxes and letters to TSC to request expediting the process after the RFE being acknowledged. Since your case is an early 2003 case, you may have to give Congressmen and Senators a good reason for their inquiry if you need the help from them.
