Officer # 130

Can anyone share their experience with Officer # 130. Our RFE response was acknowledged on 2/28/05, LUD has changed a couple of times on 3/1 and 3/2........and then everything is quiet!

I received RFE from officer #130 regarding non-immigration status evidence last week, my attorney did not respond yet, will share with you if I have any update.

Officer # 130 Rocks!. On March 9th he approved our cases. We are scheduled to visit the local office in Atlanta for stamping on March 22nd.

If you recieve an RFE, it will be on the bottom left corner of the notice.

My case has not even deemed anyones notice so I hope officer 130 looks at it.( of course without issuing an rfe ie...)
