Any one has any idea how long this officer will take to to respond to my case after RFE.
 
My RD is March 2002, FP June 2003 , RFE June 2004, RFE Ack 22nd July.

My LUD is changing every day since then but no change in mesg. And what about yours?
 
HI Guys,
for my case officer took about 7 weeks after the acked of rfe.it was acked on march 17 th and approved on june 10th.Hope it would not take that long.

Thx for the reply. My FP will expire on 13th Sep. So I am thinking of giving a fax every once in 3 days or so.
 
I hope FP doesn't matter after RFE. Mine is expired July 15th. My LUD change only once after ACK, which is July 14th. 2 weeks down, 5 weeks to go?
 
You may get it soon. May be you need not wait for 5 more weeks.

My LUD is changing every day no idea why? Even it did today.
 
I just got call from my lawyer that we are approved by mail to him. No online update yet. I don't have details yet, but seems we don't need wait 5 more weeks after all.
