I posted my worry when I received layoff notice a month ago. My off payroll date is 1/31/03. My 485 Rd is Oct. and received RFE for employment letter two week ago.
I couldn't get company lawyer's response for the letter. I don't know if they are not going to issue the letter or they just want to delay.
My question is since I am still employed by the company even though I received the layoff notice, should the company issue the letter for me or they can deny the letter? What should I do now? I've just started job searching but no progress yet.
