Odd response

Made a phone query about an i495 pending since April 06.

Received a response, typo in my last name, A#, receipt # correct.

Says something " Thank you for updating your address... blah blah.. You case had been denied and notice mailed in x-x-2005. Please allow 60 days to get a copy of the receipt. ... You file had been requested..."

WTF?? There had been no case in 2005, or ever before. I did not update my address... The whole response is a collection of unrelated sentences that do not make any sense whatsoever, together, or separately..

Will go to Infopass next week to get some explanation.

As expected, Infopass guy confirmed that the response letter was a load of random gibberish. USCIS IT system is apparently a thing of beauty. Officer did not even flinch, he must have seen a bunch of such letter.

My address was correct and my cases had been pre-adjudicated/approved back in June and are waiting on the FBI name check. Quod erat demonstrandum.

At his point I will just wait until a 1 year anniversary, check with congressman and FOIPA for due diligence and file mandamus if it is not yet done.

I have had LUD after FP in May, and two others on all cases in August and September. EB2 case with labor sub, worldwide. I140 approved in a week or so, AP, EAD in a month. All that was in a tracker here, while it was maintained.

Idea is - if it is not done in 2 months, you are most likely screwed for at least a year.
