My wife & I have got our I-485 approvals today.

RD: 10/7/02
FP1: 11/02
FP2: 5/20/04 - Mine 6/22/04 - Wife
RFE generated on 8/18/04 for both of us.
- Mine: Employment & Work Status Verification
- Wife: Never Received RFE
My RFE Response: Received by USCIS on 9/14/04
Called USCIS on 9/21/04 to start enquiry on wife's RFE. Didn't hear back from them.

Approvals: 10/5/04 For both of us.

Did you file 140/485 concurr or seperate?

My priority date is (I am assuming) 29th August, 2001. This is when I filed my application with DOL.

I did not file I-140 & I-485 together.

Sandkit, congratulations to you. Hopefully, your wife's case will be approved soon.
