October Visa Bulletin out

basic question ?

I have a priority date of Oct 2006 / EB3 - India, with an approved 140.

I filed my 485 by 1st week of August this year when the PD on July Visa bulletin was current (one among the big crowd).

Now, as per september visa bulletin for EB3 - India immigration visa was unavailable.

October bulletin , the date was somewhere in 2001.

In my case, when will my (and many) 485 be approved? Is this dependent on immigration visa availability for my PD (oct 2006) in a future visa bulletin?

In the next 5 years probably.
Every body needs to do their friggin "time" like us 01&02 PD holders.
It is just like changing water from one bucket to another. Bottom line is the same.
But unlike us, one good thing is you will have H1 in 3 yr xtensions + ead.
we have been the unluckiest fu$%ers of the whole lot.

You’ve echoed my feelings well. With a priority date of May 2002, my case has been through numerous black holes and now gone into one called NCS. :mad:
Some one had predicted that he/she would be posthumously granted PR status. Sounds like a good prediction. :eek:
 
How and When EB3 cases will be processed?

As per October Bulletin Priority date for EB3 is 2001.
Mine is 2002 July EB3(Substitution),sent to TSC on July 2nd, currently i recieved all reciepts and Finger Prints.When can i expect my GC?
Please share your experience..

When the visa bulletin date goes past July 2002. :)

Seriously, if I could predict the future I'd be day trading, not predicting priority dates.
