EB3 India still stuck in April 2001. This sucks.

i'm also in same boat... waiting to file for my wife 485. I'm planning to do it on my own.

Mine is EB2 may 2003, so I guess mine will be approved soon after visa numbers are available. Do you guys know what happens after I apply for his? Will she also get my priority date and hence approved very fast?

My company lawyer is going to file my wife's application. He charged me extra $500 for not filing together and claimed that he will have some extra work for not filing with my application.
