October Revalidation

URGENT PLEASE HELP

My original visa expired on 24th Nov 2002 (Last yr). Today is 19th Nov 2003. Just a few days before the 1 yr after expiration period. They say on their site it takes 10 working days from the day they receive the courier to the day it gets on their system and that day is considered the Day of Receiving!

Is it true? Can I courier them my application today and still be able to get my visa revalidated without getting denied.

Please reply urgently. If I cant do it then I will probably go to Canada but don't want my passport getting stuck with them.

I just checked today my and my spouse's pps are at DC office. The lady said 10-12weeks from there which means I should get them by mid Jan 2004....

Sent on oct 6th

Good site, keep up the good work. Sent my docs on 6th Oct and as suggested called the DC office and the usual lethargic answer that we cannot tell you right now. Well keeping my fingers crossed. A friend of mine got his on Dec 2nd .He sent it on Sep 6th. Looks promising so far. Take care y'all

SL to DC ??

Hi Guys,
Does any body know why it took 2-3 weeks from SL to DC? What they do in SL with all these doc and PP .. ?
We can track date for SL but how do we know that it sent out o DC and they entered their System or not?

Request for Info

Guys,

I applied for revalidation of my H1 visa on Oct 16th (Our company attorney sent it via FedEx). I just called the DC office and the lady told me that they did not receive it so far.

What is the normail timeframe for the DC office to receive it from st.Louis? Should I be concerned if it takes more than 45 days (more than 6 weeks)?

Please answer.

Guys,
St.Louis receive date is Oct 9th and just checked with the DC office. They got it on Nov 1st.
So, it's 10 to 12 weeks from then..man this is just ridiculous.
